Can I place an order for my fresh uncooked Thanksgiving turkey?
Fresh turkeys will be available on a first-come first served basis.
We do not take orders for fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving. However, at any other time of the year you will need to pre-order your fresh turkey. Avoid the rush we have turkeys that are flash-frozen at the farm and delivered daily that are available anytime.
Can you stuff my fresh turkey for me?
Yes we can! Be sure to tell our counter staff what size turkey you would like, and we will stuff it with our Traditional Homemade Stuffing.
Is it safe to leave the stuffing in the turkey overnight?
If you purchase a stuffed turkey from us, it is safe because we stuff the turkey under refrigerated conditions. The cold turkey and the cold stuffing are the same temperatures.
Can I order a cooked turkey for Thanksgiving?
We don’t cook individual turkeys for Thanksgiving week. You can get a whole oven-roasted chilled turkey in our feast package to heat on Thanksgiving day. The Sunday before Thanksgiving is the last day we cook turkeys, and we do not recommend holding the turkey until Thursday. Any other time of the year we will be happy to roast a turkey for you.
Are your turkeys injected or basted?
No, our turkeys are not injected or basted. They are prime turkeys,
all-natural and naturally self-basting when cooked breast down. There are no growth hormones or preservatives in our turkeys.
Will you have fresh turkey and roasted turkey parts available?
Yes! They will be packed and ready to go in our cooler.
Will you have sliced white meat and sliced dark meat turkey?
Yes! They will be packed in 1-lb packages and ready to go in the cooler.
Will you have fresh chicken liver?
Yes! They will be packed and ready to go in our cooler.
Will you have fresh turkey necks and gizzards?
Yes! Let one of our counter staff know how much you would like.
Will you have rendered and unrendered chicken fat?
Yes! Let one of our counter staff know how much you would like.
