For 75 years Long Islanders have enjoyed take-out roasted turkeys, open-flame cooked rotisserie chicken, southern fried chicken and spare ribs, along with fresh salads and side dishes still made the old-fashioned way. All of the homemade coleslaw, potato and macaroni salads, macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach, soups and gravy are made with the same family recipes used from the 1940s. Spices are made from scratch, the dough for pot pies is hand rolled, and even the potatoes are still peeled by hand!

The core quality of Zorn’s of Bethpage business remains at the same high standards set 75 years ago. In 1940 Pete Zorn opened his first retail store on Long Island. His vision was to offer wholesome, oven-ready meals using the freshest ingredients that busy families could take home with them, creating one of New York’s first take out services. Today the business has grown to more than 65 employees and Zorn’s of Bethpage is renowned on Long Island for its all-natural poultry fresh from farm to kitchen. No chemicals or preservatives are used and all food is prepared on the premises every day.

We pride ourselves in knowing that if you cannot find the ingredient in your kitchen, you will not find it in our food.
